Making of the “giant” koala using cardboard for the UGAVTW! exhibition, 2026.
I am a visual artist, sculptor, and creative workshop facilitator based in Logan, Queensland, Australia. I studied fine art from the age of 9 to 16 but initially pursued a career in construction, teaching, and the corporate sector.
Cardboard soy fish for the UGAVTW! exhibition.
In 2023, I chose to return to my passion, launching my creative journey under the name Geo Elements Studio. Today, my practice spans environmental art, sculpting, experimental book publishing, artist’s book making, and digital illustrations, driven by a philosophy of creating art beyond creativity, with a different and unique perspective.
I welcome private and public commissions and am actively open to creative collaborations, public art installations, and workshop partnerships.
Unboxed: Giving a Voice to Wildlife! (UGAVTW!)
In this exhibition, cardboard is used in a playful, childlike way to unbox the stories and voices of wildlife through sculptures and an artist’s book.
The work aims to generate awareness, connect with the audience on a physical and visual level, evoke emotions, and encourage small, orchestrated actions to protect wildlife and their habitats.
The exhibition runs from 31 Oct – 5 Dec 2026 at Logan Art Gallery, Logan, Queensland, Australia.
