I want to delve into my art background and highlight some of my past works, reflecting on their significance and how they have shaped my current style and artistic direction. From a young age, I had a deep passion for drawing. At nine years old, I embarked on formal art education at Sarawak Fine Art School, Malaysian Borneo, where I gained proficiency in oil pastel, graphite, charcoal, watercolour, and oil paint.

Having acquired fundamental art skills in oil pastel, graphite, watercolour, charcoal, and oil paint, I used this knowledge as a springboard to explore and experiment with various other media.
My artistic pursuits expanded into acrylics, coloured pencils, ink, airbrushing, digital art, graphic design, and sculpting. Despite my creativity, my professional path in construction and teaching led me away from art, relegating it to a cherished hobby.

Nevertheless, throughout my journey, I found opportunities to collaborate with a friend, designing t-shirts for music festivals and local tourist markets. Along the way, I received recognition in the form of competition prizes ranging from merchandise and art materials to luxury dinners, free air tickets, and even a memorable stay at Club Med Cherating, Malaysia. Despite the demands of my “real” job, this journey has been both a challenging and fascinating exploration of my early creative ventures.
